FAQs

During the colder winter months, the minimum temperature remains at 16ºC, ensuring warm temperatures throughout the year. The average temperature ranges from 18ºC and 25ºC (64 F to 77 F), with occasional hotter days in summer when the calima phenomenum occurs.

In terms of temperature, you can enjoy the Canary Islands all year round. However, if you prefer to avoid crowds, it is recommended to visit during spring or autumn. Due to the temperatures, winter is the main season in the islands.  Additionally, a trip during spring will allow you to relish in the vibrant display of tropical flowers.

Every Canary Island hides a treasure. Explore the lush laurel forests of La Gomera; spend a night at the base of Mt Teide, towering at an impressive 3.718m high, in Tenerife; hike across the intricately carved volcanic landscape of Gran Canaria; or be surprised with the versatility of La Palma, renowned as one of the most beautiful islands in the world.

If you plan to visit more than one island, the most common transport is the ferry. There are also small airports with local companies that can be useful if the distance is bigger, although prices tent to be higher. S-Cape trips that include routes across multiple islands, also provides ferry tickets as part of their package.
