Stroll from the medieval town of Spoleto into the dark Valnerina woods and along the rugged peaks of the Monti Sibillini National Park. As you breathe in the fresh mountain air, you can sample the incredible tartufo nero, a regional specialty from Norcia. Follow ancient pilgrim routes under the Umbrian sun, visit an ancient Roman abbey, climb the Monte Subasio and walk the mystical Piano Grande, a natural plateau nestled in the Sibillini mountains. Your spirit shall be uplifted.

Here starts a 3h walk on the Olive route from Campello Alto to Bovara di Trevi and visit the ancient olive mill at Fattoria I Mandorli. In the afternoon a 3 hour cooking lesson at the hotel with tasting/dinner of what has been prepared
